Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
Assessment of potential projects for funding which includes site visits, preparation of balance cost required for completion of project, assessment of approval status and further approvals required for completion of project and premium to be paid for the same.
Assess sold and unsold inventory along with receivables from sold and unsold units.
Coordinate with technical DD consultant and providing them all necessary information for completion of technical DD.
Flag any critical points or bottle necks which may slow down progress of the project.
The scope of work provided by Asenka shall include Architectural Design services Consultancy- Preparation of conceptual, schematic and final architectural design, preparation of working drawings and site supervision, Structural Design Services Consultancy and value engineering
Providing PMC to projects funded by SDF, which includes monitoring of project progress on site keep track of approvals, keep track of receivables and cost incurred, weekly site visits and preparation of monthly reports.
